*DESCRIPTION*&lt;br /&gt;
The goals are to provide attendees with a working AMP environment to enable them to start programming PHP CGI reading and writing to a database. &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Apache configured to support multiple virtual hosts, that is two or more domain names&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;MySQL installed and working from the command line&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;PHP configured for CGI security and testing with phpinfo, hello world, and database read and write.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; You will learn where to store PHP CGI scripts and how to invoke them from a web page, and what URLs  in Apache to get to those web pages.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;You will get PHP code to open a connection to a MySQL database, and SELECT and INSERT into a table.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;This will be an Install Fest format with the goal of achieving a working AMP environment.  There will be an expert to assist you installing, editing the configuration files, and testing each step.&lt;br /&gt;
